  Hurstville store is very busy, I was waited for 15 Mins, but the customer service I received was amazing! they were very friendly and told me a lots of info about my insurance policy, Strongly recommended!

  Had to wait for about 15min, however, the service was well and truly worth the wait. All the staff here are extremely knowledgeable and definitely the best Bupa store I've visited

  was very friendly and fixed it for me straight away. I asked the staff Mary if i can fill out the survey about her services, she advise that i might receive the survey. I thought I will also fill the google review for her.

  I was recommended from my friend to enquiry some health cover for my family, although I waited 30 mins to be served, the staff there was very experienced and gave me a lots of advices about how to use my extras cover for saving money, will recommend to all my friend to Bupa Hurstville!

  My impression of Hurstville store is that the staff are all very friendly and greeted me with smiles. The concierge asked me to take a seat and wait to be called and offered me water to drink. Waiting time was about 10 minutes but I got quality service and all my queries were answered in professional manners. I will highly recommend my friends and family to come to Bupa in future as the service provided was excellent.
