  Last car to arrive and they were quick to help! Even though it was close to closing, they helped me clean up my coffee spill earlier today. Cafe staff had good service too! Reasonable prices, so I would definitely come back again

  Pay peanuts, get monkeys. Lying about waiting time, poor attention to detail, cafe stinks of smoke and dead bodies. For a truly shoddy experience you can't go past the $35 rag wash!

  they were not even able to refund me with the 35 dollars spent to wash my car (which was still full of dust under the seat when i checked later on at home to add to the injury!) and asked me "not to make trouble!!!)" UNBELIEVABLE. The "unprofessional" lady manager told me to contact the boss by phone later on and walked away from the whole situation by mumbling something i could barely understand..... Such a disgusting behaviour.

  JUST GIVE IT A MISS: most atrocious customer service EVER! My left door was damaged (upholstery) so badly when the so-called manager (a VERY RUDE lady) was trying to cover the staff''s mistake with constant lies and arrogance to avoid any kind of recovery plan action or compensation for all damages incurred to my property (I advised the staff to be very gentle with my car before hand by the way and they failed to listen: no wonder why when referring to this lady who could not even speak proper English to start with: unnecessary and unacceptable by any standards!); I took a picture of all damages as legal proof. Undeniable.

  I tried to call the management on the following day : the phone number on display (internet) IS NOT EVEN ACTIVE ANYMORE: Dodgy. AVOID THIS CAR WASH AT ANY COST! (even if only one younger manager seemed to have some decency and honesty by trying to fix the damages incurred which he was not responsible for)
