  This practice has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere and the receptionists are so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this practice!

  Cheap, cheap and disrespectful clinic, only to make quick money. They advertise on their website they are specialised in my condition but will call you on a weekend, annoying you telling you that they won't take you then the receptionist will tell you it because we expected bit of paper work and the money will not come directly. They did not know that my money was ready. Also, you will get a lecture about so many people know by common sense

  All three services have been helpful and that they all work at least one day a week in the same place means I can organise all my appointments to happen on the same day, which means less running around and stress for me, and also that they are able to communicate with each other regularly, which is a relief to me in not having to relay information between different health professionals etc.

  Not helpful at all. Chose a specific doctor Dr.Davies at this practice that “specialises” in anxiety and he was in no way shape or form helpful just kept putting me on different medication that did not help my severe anxiety he didn’t take me serious and wasn’t empathetic towards how I suffer everyday from anxiety. Every time I kept going back for follow ups to notify him that the medication is not helping but making me feel worse he would just put me on more of the same medication. Waste of money and time.

  I have been visiting my cognitive therapist here in Southside for over a year, during a very up and down period in my life as I deal with health struggles. It's always been a very calm place, with a shaded comfortable waiting area. As I have complex medical issues, I have also since started since their naturopath Mel and their occupational therapist.
