    It was a great place when it opened with the staff members from CeX Maroubra. The current store members have no technical expertise or customer service skills.

    Average. Good for second hand DVDs and games. But just because you find the case on the shelf doesn't mean they have the disc to go in it.

    I gave a good rating previously but discovered every item I ever bought is missing something and the customer is not advised. Now I am basically stuck with obsolete pieces of junk. Rating revised to reflect this experience. Buyers beware.
