  There is no refund in this branch, the only option is either go to the branch at Ryde or credit for the returning item. Worth do take notice.

  Ordered before 12:30pm after being advised it would be ready for pickup at 4:30pm. No confirmation email at 4:30pm, no response to enquiry. Won't be picking up this order, nor will I be using them again. Avoid.

  I bought a Black WDHD, and after lunch just leastthen 2 hours later ,I went back and ask for refund or downgrade to a Blue WD HD, the owner told me in this case they will charge me for 25% " restock " fee, I answer back as it is untouch and the stocks are just few steps away from the cashier, the owener then guided me to read the conditions on the receipt , and bring me in front of a A4 size paper on the some where at the back of the shop it actally look like a memo for employees then a notice for customers ......then I walked out and tell him that Im not coming back, he replied : Okay! you better not to !

  No problems with picking up my new computer mouse. Just make sure you order online in advance to ensure that store stock is available and to make the whole process simpler.

  Then I E-mailed Fair Trading , Fair Trade said Orange IT didnt do anything wrong ....wait ?!
