  The amount of time I was in there was very short and they worked quickly and efficiently I admit but the face to face service was incredibly poor. I was there to renew my license and had a terrible experience with the representative serving me. She absolutely looked like she hated her job, granted it was late in the day and everybody was tired and was just waiting for the day to end but she was rude beyond belief. When I handed her my form she tried to point out a mistake (erroneously) I had supposedly made and tried to condescendingly explain to me why it was incorrect, however when I corrected her and showed her why she was misinterpreting the form all she did was face away and continue to work on her computer without uttering a single word, I wasn't expecting an apology from somebody who would try to belittle a person in the first place but at the very least she should have acknowledged her mistake in one form or another. If you don't like customer service then just go and work somewhere behind the scenes where you don't need to interact with them.

  Another best part is you can drive your car here as there are many street parking available just in Front of the RTA.

  Good grief! Incredibly slow and inefficient. After consistently highly professional and efficient experiences at Burwood, what a breathtakingly unpleasant experience. I will never be back.

  Worst place ive ever been to! Do not recommend to anyone unless you go in with a mentally prepared mindset that your gonna have to return atleast another 8 times...

  Don't know how to explain the service and the behaviour. The best I've ever found in last 4yrs. Had 3 different jobs and they did it in less than 10 minutes including the waiting(for call) time.

  Lazy and not willing to work. Try to find every possible mistakes in the documents to not continue their work while other service NSW are a lot helpful. Shame on these people
