  Tracking an international package - called 131318 the only listed number, told they couldn't track the US tracking number, didn't have an Aus post tracking number, asked to be directed to the local branch and told the branches don't have a number?, walk-in service only? that is dissappointing by Australia post over all.

  This is one of the worst Post shop. Even the express Post is not getting delivered on time, even if it is sent within Sydney. I missed my important appointments because I couldn't get the express post in time.

  Terrible service when it comes to lodging passport applications. Staff is not competent and in particular Kerrie (or Kerry) highly unprofessional and rude. Kept interrupting the conversation, did not listen at all and was sarcastic. Such a bad experience!....the Manager, Michelle was good thou. Kind and helpful, only reason why I am rating 2 stars instead of none!

  Went in today to send a parcel to my friend in the US. Dear lord, the woman (Asian, wearing glasses) serving me and my mother was so BLOODY rude. highly impatient, so smug and condescending when we tried to ask questions. also saw online that international postage with tracking was only $23, but apparently it was gonna be 18 to post and 42 if i wanted extra tracking. what a load of bulls***. went to the lady next to her instead and paid for the postage i required for the amount i saw advertised on their website. after seeing the negative reviews on here about their non-existent service, i think Aus Post Hurstville should up their game and improve their treatment of customers.
